Chefs Scott Tacinelli & Angie Rito share a deep passion for the food traditions of all cultures, especially Italian. They have developed a unique style of cuisine that draws influence from their Italian-American family traditions, travel experiences and life in New York City. Though both have spent a number of years working in various NYC restaurants, the duo is best known for their work on the original menu at dinnertable, an intimate dining concept in the East Village, Pasta Omakase, an omakase-style pasta pop-up, and the menu at Quality Italian, Quality Branded's modern adaptation of an Italian-American Steakhouse. Scott and Angie's cooking philosophy focuses on creativity, passion, love, and most importantly, deliciousness. Their newest project, Don Angie, will open in the Fall of 2017.
