Chefs Scott Tacinelli & Angie Rito married in 2015 in Florence, Italy. The couple shares a deep passion for the food traditions of all cultures, especially Italian. They have developed a unique style of cuisine that draws influence from their Italian-American family traditions, travel experiences and life in New York City. Though both have spent a number of years working in various NYC restaurants, the duo is best known for their work on the original menu at dinnertable, an intimate dining concept in the East Village, and Quality Italian, Quality Branded's modern adaptation of an Italian-American Steakhouse. Scott and Angie's cooking philosophy focuses on creativity, passion, love, and most importantly, deliciousness.
